Seminar Content
The seminar includes lecture, observation, various forums based on the brief introduction of China’s political, economic, diplomatic, cultural conditions, closely around the courses of the Fiscal Policy and Financial Management, and share with the experience in this field. All the courses will be shared by the experts and scholars of the School of Finance and Economics of CUFE. During the seminar, online study tour to the relative government departments and enterprises will be arranged in order to increase the participants’ understanding of the topic. In addition to the courses, the participants will be organized to study Chinese culture and attend recreational activities to promote communication.
Main Courses Introduction
1. China's National Conditions and Traditional Culture: The introduction of China’s national conditions and traditional culture
2. Basic Chinese: Basic Chinese and practice
3. Economic Development and Reforms in China: The introduction of overall situation of China’s economy reform, and the experiences of China
4.The Overview of China's Budget and Budget Management: introduces the national annual centralized fiscal revenue and expenditure plan, the source and quantity of national fiscal revenue, the various uses and quantities of fiscal expenditure, and involves the skillful treatment of all variables in a planned way. These variables determine how the government strives to achieve the expected performance
5. Intergovernmental Transfer Payments: The main purpose of intergovernmental transfer payment is to balance the income gap between different regions due to different geographical environment or different economic development level, so as to ensure that the governments of different regions can effectively provide services for the society according to the national unified standards.
6. International Taxation: Global Framework and China’s Practice: The core problem of international taxation is to study and coordinate the division of tax rights and interests among countries.
7. Theory and Case Analysis of National Debt Issuance: Explain the principle and form of national debt issuance, and proceed from reality, in-depth discussion.
8. Central Bank and Commercial Bank: introduces the responsibilities and business scope of central bank and commercial bank, and discusses the practical application in international cooperation.
9. Overview of Stock and Stock Market
10. The Analysis of Financial Market Risks: introduces the types, prevention and management measures of financial market risks
11. International Trade: discusses how to adjust the utilization rate of domestic production factors, improve the international supply and demand relationship, adjust the economic structure and increase the financial income;
12. International Investment theory and practice: discusses the international direct investment and international securities (indirect) investment. In combination with the relevant contents of China's utilization of foreign capital and China's foreign investment.
13. The urban and regional economy: introduces the characteristics, scale and development of its economic structure

About the Organizer
Central University of Finance and Economics (hereinafter, CUFE), under the direct leadership of Ministry of Education of China (MOE), is one of the national "211" key universities. In 1949, shortly after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the first university of finance and economics was created by the China central government. During more than six decades' development, it has been one of the leaders in business and financial studies. The name of the school when it was first established was the Central Institute of Taxation. In 1996, the Institute was officially renamed the Central University of Finance and Economics in honor of the Ministry of Education. Globally recognized for its academic excellence, CUFE today is a vibrant community of scholarship and learning that has inherited the traditions of service to the entire nation and striving for excellence. The university currently is home to more than 1794 full-time faculty and staff, including 346 professors and 482 associate professors, which take respectively 28.22% and 39.31%. CUFE has trained more than 140,000 experts in economics and management who have made, and continue to make, significant contributions to the development of China's economy.
